What should I expect when I first arrive?

Expect a warm welcome and to be guided into the treatment room which is at the front of the house. The room is cosy with gentle background music and a relaxing candle to scent the room.

If it is your first visit, I need to complete a health questionnaire and get to know your treatment objectives. You only need to remove your shoes and socks before getting comfortable. The treatment takes place on a massage couch so you can lie on your back supported by a pillow and bolster.

How often should I come for a treatment?

For health maintenance, I recommend once every 4-6 weeks, more or less depending on what works for you and your needs. However, there is no limit to how often you can come, more regular appointments can be scheduled to help combat a particular issue more thoroughly.

How can reflexology help me?

Whilst reflexology cannot be a substitute for conventional medical intervention, it's been found to reduce mental or physical health issues such as:

Digestive Issues

Anxiety or Depression

Sleeping Disorders

Headaches

Tension

Hormonal Imbalances

Symptoms of Menopause

You don't have to have a problem to feel the benefits from reflexology, it can also be a regular relaxation and detoxifying treatment to maintain your good health.
